Brenda JonesBRENDA JONES – Principal Broker

As the (principal broker?) of the Brenda Jones Real Estate Group, Brenda’s marketing techniques, networking abilities, business sense, desire to satisfy the housing needs of her clients, over 30 years of experience with thousands of transactions make her uniquely qualified to be a leader in the Bennington County real estate community. Real estate is the perfect career for Brenda, combining her business experience, love of Bennington County, strong work ethic, caring nature, and in-depth knowledge of the market. Brenda managed all of this all while keeping a consistently busy schedule of traveling for work and also to spend time with her new grandson, volunteering on the Bennington Chamber of Commerce and completing personal property renovations

Max SquiersMAX SQUIERS- Technology & Operations Director

Is newly licensed after nearly 20 years of experience, and even still continues to be the “Jack of all trades” for the office. From anything admin and tech related, to moral support, to digging holes in the rocky New England ground and squeezing into crawl spaces (in his khakis!) for the well-being of the transaction. He makes sure our listings are beautifully photographed, represented correctly on the MLS, and syndicated out to hundreds of websites where buyers are searching for homes. He also makes sure all listings are marketed in print. In addition to that hefty load, he also keeps our technology up and running at all times.

He also spends about 364 days a year planning for Halloween, and in his spare time goes camping and spends time with his family.

Kim KrauseKIM KRAUSE – Office Manager – Transaction Coordinator

Kim’s is that voice you hear when you call our office. Kim keeps us all on track, making sure everything is scheduled and coordinated. She also serves as our transaction coordinator, making sure everything is managed contract to closing. She is the communication hub of our team.

Apart from spending time with her grandchildren, she is an avid participant in Dock Dogs with her three award-winning dogs and new puppy!


BRANDY LESSER – Buyer Specialist

Brandy works exclusively with buyers in all different walks of life. Her amazing inter-generational abilities make her well-equipped to help everyone from Millennials to Seniors make their move with ease. She is very detail oriented, quick, and communicates to the preferences of the client. Her enthusiasm to get the job done – right! – is inspirational.

She recently acted as her own Real Estate agent for the purchase of her circa 1890 home, which she has since fully renovated! She enjoys Real Estate and the history of Bennington so much, that she also holds a position as a volunteer on the Board of Trustees for the Historic Park McCullough House in North Bennington. As well she has a passion for painting and writing as a way to unwind.

Dillon DielDillon Diel– Buyer Specialist

Dillon is a Buyer Specialist.  His enthusiasm and “go get ’em” attitude can be infectious.  He has quickly become familiar with the many issues that can “pop up” but also how to overcome them.  A great addition to our team. He is currently in the process of obtaining his ABR designation.

With a background as a snowboard instructor and his passion for outdoor recreational sports, he plans to hone his skills to develop a niche for Southern Vermont ski homes. In addition, Dillon currently lives on a horse farm and has a great passion and knowledge for land and animals.

MARIE RYAN – A.K.A Brenda Marie – Executive Assistant

(We think you can guess as to why we refer to her as just Marie).

She is one of the newest members of the Team and spends a lot of time in the background, keeping up on client communication and lead disbursement.

Marie loves to cook, spend time with her granddaughter, and has a long list of books on queue to read.
