With 20+ years of experience in real estate and Technology, Max continues to help in any capacity possible. From anything admin and tech related, to moral support, to digging holes in the rocky New England ground and squeezing into crawl spaces (in his khakis!) for the well-being of the transaction. He makes sure our listings are beautifully photographed, represented correctly on the MLS, and syndicated out to hundreds of websites where buyers are searching for homes. He also makes sure all listings are marketed in print. In addition to that hefty load, he also keeps our technology up and running at all times.
Kim’s is that voice you hear when you call our office. Kim keeps us all on track, making sure everything is scheduled and coordinated. She also serves as our transaction coordinator, making sure everything is managed contract to closing. She is the communication hub of our team.
Apart from spending time with her grandchildren, she is an avid participant in Dock Dogs with her three award-winning dogs and new puppy!

As well she has a passion for painting and writing as a way to unwind.
Dillon is a Buyer Specialist. His enthusiasm and “go get ’em” attitude can be infectious. He has quickly become familiar with the many issues that can “pop up” but also how to overcome them. A great addition to our team. He is currently in the process of obtaining his ABR designation.
With a background as a snowboard instructor and his passion for outdoor recreational sports, he plans to hone his skills to develop a niche for Southern Vermont ski homes. In addition, Dillon currently lives on a horse farm and has a great passion and knowledge for land and animals.
