  • Staging Consultation and Plan – We will go through your home and determine what we need to do to stage your home so it will appeal to the widest selection of buyers.
  • Curb Appeal Consultation and Plan – We will review your home’s curb appeal and present a detailed plan for improvements that will have the most impact.
  • Landscaping – Sprucing up the landscaping is a critical component in creating curb appeal. We will provide you with recommendations and even have professionals we can recommend to help.
  • Photography– High resolution, professional photography, and even drone photography will be used to attract the 92% of home buyers who are searching for properties online.  Great photos are crucial to the home selling process.
  • Signage – My real estate sign will be placed in your front yard and will include a box for flyers that will be custom-made for your home (more on that below). Potential buyers can call us directly to arrange a showing or take a flyer for additional information.
  • MLS – Your home will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service – where virtually all real estate agents and potential buyers are searching for homes just like yours.
  • Online Advertising – As indicated earlier, 92% of all buyers are searching online and the Brenda Jones Real Estate Group’s online marketing plan makes sure that virtually all of them are reached. From Zillow, REALTOR.com, and more, we have you covered!  Again this is a crucial part of the Home Selling Process as there is potential to reach a large number of buyers.
  • House Flyers – There is nothing like tangible information for a buyer shopping for aHome Selling Marketing Samples home. That is why we invest in color flyers for each and every listing that include photos of your home along with all the specifics. These will be available both inside your home as well as in a box on your “for sale” sign.
  • Just Listed Cards – Our team will send “Just Listed” postcards with your property information to potential buyers as well as neighbors who may know of a potential buyer who wants to live in the neighborhood. I will proactively search for potential buyers and make sure they know that your home is available.
  • Agent to Agent Marketing – One of the best ways to get the most potential buyers into your home is to make sure that all the agents in the area know about it. Our team has great relationships with other local agents and you can be sure that the local agents are all notified.
  • Open Houses – Depending on if your home is a good candidate for an open house, we will plan one accordingly, will put out a notification in the MLS, and will notify the neighbors.
